Anna Faught

Anna Faught is a dedicated professional specializing in change management, learning and development, and communications. They transitioned from a successful career in education, where they influenced the growth of diverse student populations, to roles focused on organizational change and talent management. Currently, Anna serves as a Senior Manager of Change Management at Walmart, previously working as an intern in the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Johnson & Johnson. They are pursuing multiple degrees, including an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maine and a Master of Education from Vanderbilt University. In their personal time, Anna enjoys traveling, running with their dogs, and honing gluten-free baking skills.
