Ayanda Sotubu

Ayanda Sotubu currently serves as the VP of People Digital Transformation at Massmart, focusing on digital experience, people analytics, and organizational design since July 2023. Prior to this role, experience at Absa Group as Head of the People Function involved overseeing aspects of everyday banking and driving people innovation through advanced data and digital UX/UI design from August 2018 to July 2023.
