Eric Smallwood is a design leader and UX strategist based in Baltimore, MD, with over 17 years of experience in creating engaging user experiences across various applications, including video games, mobile apps, and enterprise software. Currently serving as the Director of Design for Walmart Marketplace, Eric leads a growing team dedicated to enhancing marketplace experiences for businesses.
