Jakob Seay

Jakob Seay is an experienced Area Manager at Walmart since April 2020, overseeing a team of 12 to 15 associates in shipping operations, managing the handling and shipping of up to 50,000 units per shift. Previous roles at Walmart included Quality Assurance Specialist, Problem Solver, and Order Picker, where responsibilities ranged from inventory management to training staff and improving operational workflows. Prior to Walmart, Jakob served as Team Lead at BurgerFi and held multiple positions at Little Caesars Pizza, including Assistant Manager and Cashier. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Supervision from Southern New Hampshire University, Jakob's educational background includes a high school diploma from Fossil Ridge High School.
