Jeanine Jiganti

Jeanine Jiganti is the current General Counsel for Walmart Health & Wellness. Jeanine has held this position since May of 2019. Prior to that, they were a Legal/Compliance Consultant for their own company, Jiganti Consulting, from May of 2018 to May of 2019. From January of 2002 to December of 2003, Ms. Jiganti served as the General Counsel for Near North Insurance Brokerage. From January of 1996 to December of 2002, they were the Vice President and Head of Litigation for Caremark International, Inc. From January of 1987 to December of 1990, Ms. Jiganti worked as a lawyer for Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson. Prior to that, they worked as a lawyer for Jenner & Block from January of 1990 to December of 1995. Ms. Jiganti began their career in January of 2005 as the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for Takeda Pharmaceuticals, where they worked until March of 2012.

Jeanine Jiganti received their B.A. in Theirtory from the University of Colorado Boulder and their J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
