Lauren Meares

Lauren Meares currently serves as the Associate Director of Retail Brand Experience at Walmart, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Lauren was the Director of Business Development at ShopCart Creative, where leadership was provided to the creative and marketing teams through a complete rebranding process. Lauren's background includes work as an Art Director in Creative Marketing at Walmart, where strategic design for seasonal campaigns was developed, and experience as a Graphic Designer at icreatives, collaborating with the Walmart visual merchandising team. Earlier career roles include Graphic Designer at The Belford Group, Travel Agent at Design Travel, Photographer and Office Manager at Benfield Photography, and Resident Assistant at the University of Arkansas. Lauren holds a degree in International Management and Business Management from the University of Arkansas and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from NorthWest Arkansas Community College. Additionally, Lauren completed an international study abroad requirement at John Cabot University.
