Shalin Naidoo

Shalin Naidoo is an experienced Senior Manager in Product Management at Walmart since May 2025, having previously held multiple senior management roles at Massmart from February 2013 to May 2025. At Massmart, Shalin led the Associate Journey product stream to enhance employee experiences in Core HR, Employee Benefits, and Payroll. Additionally, Shalin played a pivotal role in demand management for IT services, ensuring alignment with business strategies through collaboration with senior leaders and various functions. Earlier experience includes leadership roles in Ethics and Compliance, alongside project management and business analysis within the IT team at Massmart, as well as a tenure at Investec where Shalin managed a consultancy team and client support operations. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and a Diploma in Business Analysis from the Faculty Training Institute.
