Toni Gemper

Toni Gemper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in innovation and automation. Currently serving as Senior Director of Innovation & Automation Acceleration at Walmart, Toni has held various positions including Director of Program Management for E2E Transformation Strategy and Director of E2E Operations focused on Business Expert Communities. Previously, Toni was the Chief Strategy Officer at FanSpotz and worked at Inward Strategic Consulting as a Product Account Manager and Project Manager for Walmart. Additional experience includes being a Project Manager for Ivie and roles within Dillard's Inc. as part of the Executive Development Program, which encompassed Area Sales Manager and Assistant Buyer positions. Toni holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain Management and International Business from the University of Oklahoma and has studied at the Universidad de Barcelona.
