Vaibhav Mathur

Vaibhav Mathur has over nine years of experience in consulting, consumer products, retail, and aerospace industries, where they have excelled in both technical and non-technical product management, sales, marketing, and business strategy. They have held key positions such as Head of Marketing at Dufil Prima Foods Plc and Head of Retail Business at Tolaram Group, leading teams to develop brand strategies and streamline operations. In their earlier role as a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization, Vaibhav successfully managed Agile workflows for numerous high-demand space shuttle launch missions. They hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Information Management from Purdue University and a postgraduate degree in Strategy and Operations from the Indian School of Business. Currently, they are a Consultant at Kearney.
