Zack Wepfer

Zack Wepfer currently serves as Senior Director of Officer Talent Acquisition & Search at Walmart, overseeing recruitment for vice president and above roles. Previously, Zack worked in executive search at The Home Depot, Director of Executive Recruitment at Inspire Brands, and held various talent acquisition roles at The Coca-Cola Company, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts in Latin America and introducing innovative recruitment solutions. Earlier experience includes managing accounts at Robert Half and Tourico Holidays, as well as teaching English in Madrid. Zack holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish from The University of Alabama and participated in a study abroad program at the University of Havana.
