Muhammad Shafiq

Muhammad Shafiq boasts extensive experience in project controls, contract management, and engineering across various prestigious projects in Southern California. Currently serving as Project Controls/Contract Manager with The Walsh Group since April 2016, Muhammad has played key roles in significant projects such as the OC Streetcar Project and San Gabriel Trench Project. Prior to this, Muhammad held multiple positions at Kiewit from 2006 to 2016, including Assistant Project Manager and Lead Estimator, where responsibilities spanned major projects like the I-405 Project and the Colorado River Aqueduct Retrofit. Muhammad's career began as a Tunnel Field Engineer at John F Shea Co., Inc. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University-Los Angeles and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology.
