Previously, Tony held the role of Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding at Ambition Institute, where significant accomplishments included overseeing the recruitment of over 100 staff, enhancing recruitment processes, and increasing applicant engagement through revamped vacancy adverts and digital campaigns. With a strong background in recruitment management demonstrated through previous positions at Precious Homes, Templine Employment Agency Ltd, Invidia Ltd, and London Recruitment Services, Tony has consistently focused on optimizing talent acquisition strategies and improving staff retention. Educational background includes attendance at St Aloysius College.

As a national charity, Walsingham Support has been challenging and changing the support provided to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs for over 35 years. We do this by understanding people’s unique needs, abilities and aspirations. Through this we create and deliver the person-centred, bespoke support needed for each individual to develop skills, achieve independence and enjoy life to the full. Flexibility is key to achieving this, but while our work and the support we provide constantly evolves to meet the demands of a changing social care landscape, our central goal has remained the same: deliver the quality of life people with disabilities deserve.
