Josh Anaya

Josh Anaya is a seasoned trial attorney currently practicing at Walsworth since October 2022, where participation in a distinguished trial team focuses on developing evidence-based strategies to support clients with a variety of business objectives. Anaya previously served as a Senior Litigation Attorney at Straus Meyers, LLP, managing complex personal injury and business dispute cases. Prior roles include Senior Litigation Attorney at Finkelstein & Krinsk, where Anaya argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and Senior Attorney at Glassey | Smith, leading high-volume litigation and enhancing discovery practices. Anaya began a legal career as a Litigation Attorney at Rosner, Barry & Babbitt, achieving significant trial victories, and as a Staff Attorney at UCAN, advocating for consumer rights.
