Tessa Wanders

Tessa Wanders serves as the Chief of Staff at QuantWare since November 2023, where the company focuses on developing quantum processors to address real-world challenges in various sectors. Additionally, Tessa has been an Angel Investor for Operator Exchange since June 2021, investing in several startups. Tessa also contributes to academia as a Guest Lecturer at Erasmus University Rotterdam since September 2021. Previous roles include Investment Manager at VNV Global AB and Peak, CEO and Founder of HEY FRIDA, and COO and Co-Founder of Toko. Tessa was part of the founding team at FJ Labs, serving as both Senior Associate and Associate. Early career experiences include analyst roles at Research Solutions Africa and Harvest - Online Business Development. Tessa holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Economics & Business, among other educational qualifications.
