Dominic Neal is a Principal in the Global Private Equity and Life Science Practices at ZRG Partners, LLC, since December 2021, following the acquisition of Euromedica by ZRG. With over 30 years of specialization in executive search consultancy for Life Sciences, Dominic has led Euromedica as Head of Global Practice, recognized for over 5,000 successful assignments. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant at RBW Consulting and Barrington James from 2015 to 2019. Dominic is dedicated to enhancing value creation through talent advisory across various organizational sizes and is involved in transforming the executive search and management consulting sectors through innovative technology and data analytics.
