Blanka Erl

Blanka Erl currently serves as the Teamlead for People & Culture Management at Walter Knoll, overseeing a team of four and managing various HR functions, including operations, digitalization, and process optimization. Blanka previously held roles at KPMG Deutschland as a Working Student in Value Chain Transformation Consulting with a focus on HR, and an HR Intern with Mercedes-Benz U.S. International, contributing to HR management and global mobility. Additional experience includes HR-related positions at Mercedes-Benz AG and sales roles at HALLHUBER and Hunkemöller International BV. Blanka holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Personalmanagement from Pforzheim University, complemented by a General Qualification for University Entrance from Freie Waldorfschule am Kräherwald.
