Jimmie Dixon

Jimmie Dixon is an experienced retail professional with a robust background in store management and regional leadership. Currently serving as VP and Director of Stores at Altar'd State since January 2014, Jimmie has also held roles as RVP of Stores and District Manager. In addition, Jimmie is the Founder and Regional Sales Manager Southeast at Leaders in Regional Sales Management, focusing on networking, industry research, and trend tracking. Previously, Jimmie spent several years at Coldwater Creek, first as District Manager and then as Regional Divisional VP, where responsibilities included managing over 80 stores, driving sales, and talent development. Jimmie's extensive tenure at Finish Line included various leadership positions, culminating in District Manager, achieving significant sales growth and loss prevention strategies. Jimmie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Norfolk State University.
