Lacy Waddell Guel has extensive experience in retail management and leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Tullabee at Altar'd State since April 2011, where previous roles included Vice President of Tullabee Baby, Buyer, and District Visual Manager. Prior to Altar'd State, Lacy held the position of Area Sales Manager at Belk from June 2010 to May 2011 and worked as Tuxedo Manager at The Formal Approach from March 2007 to June 2010. Lacy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Retail and Consumer Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 2007 and 2010, and attended East Tennessee State University from 2005 to 2007.
