Renate Schmidt

Renate Schmidt has over 25 years of experience in human resources. Renate currently holds the role of Human Resources Director Global Aftermarket & Service at Walterscheid since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Business Manager at Thyssenkrupp Bilstein starting from February 2020. Renate also acquired extensive experience as an HR Manager at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials, where they worked for over 22 years from 1998 to 2020.

Renate Schmidt pursued their education in business administration and management at Universität Siegen from 1990 to 1995. Renate completed their studies and obtained a Diplom Kauffrau degree with a specialization in personnel management and labor law.
