Silviya Alyova

Silviya Alyova is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management spanning over 20 years. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Walterscheid Powertrain Group since July 2022, Silviya provides leadership and support in aligning HR processes with local labor realities and corporate policies. Prior to this role, Silviya was the Human Resources Manager for adidas in Bulgaria, where leadership was provided for the local HR function and representation was made before labor authorities. Additional experience includes roles at ContourGlobal as HR & Training Coordinator, Enel as HR Officer & Office Administrator, and the British Council as a Customer Services Assistant and temporary HR Project Coordinator. Silviya holds an Executive Master in Strategic Human Resource Management from SDA Bocconi and a Master's degree in History from South-West University "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad.
