Del Conner has been working at Walthall Oil Company since December 1986, where they hold the title of Florida Procurement Manager and Florida Operations Manager. Before that, they worked at Florida Petroleum Corp from 1986 to 2012 as an Assistant Manager. Del Conner holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Valencia College and also served in the US Army from 1971 to 1974.
