Mike Grace has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Mike started their career in 2000 as an Animal Science Instructor at Essex Agricultural & Technical High School and worked there until 2019. Mike also served as the Coach of the Girls Varsity Basketball team at Essex Technical High School from 2005 to 2015. In 2011, they became the Animal Science Department Head at Essex Agricultural and Technical High School, a role they held until 2014. In 2012, they joined ESSEX NORTH SHORE AGRICULTURAL & TECHNICAL SCHOOL DISTRICT as a Veterinary Science Instructor, and they left the position in 2019. Additionally, in 2019, they started working as the Director of Career and Technical Education at Waltham Public Schools and became a Managing Partner at Grace Properties, LLC.
Mike Grace attended Norfolk County Agricultural High School from 1989 to 1992, where they studied Animal Sciences. Mike then pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Animal Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1993 and 1999. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they earned their MEd. in Vocational Leadership from Fitchburg State University.
