Rick Demilt

Rick DeMilt is an experienced professional in the firearms industry, currently serving as the Director of Law Enforcement and Military Sales at Walther Arms, Inc. since June 2015, and as a consultant in Federal Law Enforcement Sales for both Walther Arms and TRUGLO, Inc. since September 2015. As President and CEO of DeMilt Associates, LLC since 1995, Rick has provided consulting services focused on the firearms market. Previously, Rick held prominent positions including Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing at FNH USA from 2001 to 2008 and National Sales Manager for Law Enforcement Sales at Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC from 1983 to 1997. Early career experience includes a role as Sales Supervisor at Howco Distributors Inc. and as an Assistant Football Coach at Towson University. Rick holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Education/Biological Sciences from Towson University.
