Michelle Perez

Michelle Perez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and community development. Currently serving as the Senior Program Officer for Special Projects at the Walton Family Foundation since May 2024, Michelle previously held multiple roles at Winrock International, demonstrating a progressive trajectory from Program Associate to Associate Director within U.S. Programs. Michelle's expertise is further strengthened by a McLarty Global Fellowship at Vital Voices Global Partnership, focusing on evaluative research for women's leadership programs, as well as an internship with Fundación Paraguaya, where an evaluation plan for a Microfranchising Program was developed. Educationally, Michelle holds a Master's degree in Public Service from Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Political Sciences from Ouachita Baptist University.
