Stephanie Cornell

Stephanie Cornell is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in philanthropy and social impact. Currently serving as Executive Director of the Walton Family Foundation since July 2023, Stephanie leads strategic priorities and day-to-day operations in collaboration with over 100 staff across multiple locations. Stephanie holds prominent board positions including Board Chair at Fathers' UpLift, Inc. and Board Member at HUMANITY RISES INC, which addresses the Rohingya crisis. Additionally, Stephanie has contributed to organizations such as the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation as Managing Director, RefugePoint as Board Member, and Share Our Strength as Advisory Council Member. With an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an Advanced Leadership Initiative certification from Harvard University, Stephanie has a strong educational foundation supporting a commitment to create access to opportunity for vulnerable populations.
