Mark has driven large-scale transformations with advanced technologies including cloud-based services, advanced analytics, machine-learning, artificial intelligence as well as digital channel development.

Throughout his career, Mark has held multiple CIO roles across the industry including positions at Zelis Healthcare, OptumRx, Catamaran and Medco Health Solutions.
