Andy Rowland

Andy Rowland is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various roles within information technology. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Architect at Walworth County, WI, since September 2024, Andy also owns MSRL Technology Services, LLC, established in June 2010.
