Humaira Khan has a diverse work experience in marketing and growth operations. Humaira began their career in 2012 as a Marketing Contractor for Ingram Micro, where they created prize fulfillment campaigns and B2B marketing campaigns for IT companies. In the same year, they also took on a role as a Growth Marketer for NMK Foods Inc., where they created a private line of frozen food products. In 2016, they joined Hired as a Growth and Sales employee. Two years later, they were hired as a Growth Marketing Director at Superbolt, where they helped clients scale from pre-product to exit and created strategic growth campaigns to increase revenue. In 2018, they also became a Growth Operations employee at Midgame. In 2020, Khan founded Walzay, a platform where companies can filter through verified tech talent for full-time opportunities. In 2021, they were named Co-Founder of WalzayDAO.

Humaira Khan completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance & Investments from The City University of New York in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science - AS in Computer Science from Bramson ORT College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Fashion Marketing & Merchandising from RCC Institute of Technology. In addition, they obtained a Google Analytics certification from Google in January 2016.
