Helen Asous is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Wan Bridge Group since April 2022, Helen provides guidance on HR-related matters and addresses employee grievances to ensure fair treatment. Previously, as HR Manager at MetroNational, Helen managed HR teams, oversaw performance review processes, and ensured data integrity as an HRIS specialist. Helen's experience also includes significant contributions at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital, where standardization of performance evaluations led to substantial cost savings. Helen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Management, from Abilene Christian University.
