Subhash Patil

Subhash Patil is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as General Manager of Human Resources at Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. since April 2014, Subhash also holds the position of Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Wanbury Limited since August 2007, overseeing HR functions for four units across India. Subhash previously worked as DGM of Corporate HR at Franco Indian Pharma Ltd. from May 2005 to August 2007 and as Head of Industrial Relations at Thermax Ltd. from December 1997 to September 2001. Educational qualifications include a B.Com LL.B and various management diplomas from TMC Law College, Thane, completed from 1986 to 1989.
