Matthieu Vigne

R&D Control Engineer at Wandercraft

Matthieu Vigne has a diverse work experience that starts with their current role as an R&D Control Engineer at Wandercraft since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a PHD Student at Wandercraft and CAS (Centre Automatique et Systèmes), MINES ParisTech, where their research focused on the estimation and control of deformations in an exoskeleton using inertial sensors. Matthieu completed their Master Internship at Wandercraft, where they contributed to the control of an autonomous exoskeleton for paraplegics.

Before their time at Wandercraft, Matthieu had an Engineering Internship at Festo, where they worked on the dynamic modeling and simulation of a robotic system, as well as the development and testing of an inverse kinematics algorithm. Matthieu also gained research experience through a Research Internship at ISIR.

Furthermore, Matthieu had a Junior Entreprise Mission at JuMP MINES ParisTech, where they worked on a project for a specific organization.

Overall, Matthieu Vigne has a strong background in control engineering, robotics, and research, with a focus on developing innovative solutions for exoskeleton technology.

Matthieu Vigne completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Robotics from MINES ParisTech between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they studied at Mines Paris from 2014 to 2017, focusing on MAREVA - Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Control and Robotics, Signal and Image Technology. Before their time at Mines Paris, they attended Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 2012 to 2014, where they studied Fundamental Math and Physics.
