E-Commerce Sales and Project Manager at Wandering Bear Coffee

Peixi Kwee has worked in various roles in the retail industry since 2013. Peixi began their career at Richline Group, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, as an Assistant Merchandiser. Here, they increased efficiency by 80% by co-developing a new online tracking system.

In 2015, Peixi Kwee took on two roles. Peixi became Co-Founder of Maison Kwee, where they secured new clients, created an e-commerce site, and designed and launched five collections of original designs. Peixi also became Sales Manager/Buyer at Askan NYC, where they led and directed a team of three sales associates, created merchandising displays, and increased sales by 120% within three months.

In 2017, Peixi Kwee joined Wandering Bear Coffee as E-Commerce Sales and Project Manager. In this role, they utilized A/B testing and analyzed data from digital campaigns to make informed decisions. Peixi also targeted specific groups of customers and prospective customers using Klaviyo email marketing, partnered with the E-Commerce Director to use mailing lists on the website and Helium 10 to launch new products on Amazon. Additionally, they were promoted to Sales Manager (B2B), where they oversaw a team of six direct reports and boosted the business to business sales channel by 85% annually. Peixi was then promoted to Account Executive, where they assumed leads from SDRs to manage sample to close processes with Copper CRM. Peixi oversaw accounts and trained and managed an Account Manager, and won 350+ new accounts annually and increased sales by almost 100% annually.

Peixi Kwee attended Nanyang Girl's High School before completing their International Baccalaureate at Anglo Chinese School (Independent) in 2008. Peixi then attended NYU Stern School of Business from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, International Business, and French Studies.
