In 2011, Sammy joined Grupo Gaudi Consultora as an Asesor de Comunicaciones, providing communication advice and support. They also worked as the Director de Proyectos y Marketing at Chile po, where they were responsible for marketing and communications, as well as coordinating volunteer projects. During their time at Chile po, Sammy achieved a 70% increase in company profits and successfully organized over 500 events and 200 trips.

After leaving Chile po, Sammy worked as a Sales Manager at Team Building Consultores Chile, focusing on leadership and team-building initiatives. They were instrumental in securing new projects and clients, including AGM imprentas and Banco BCI. Sammy then transitioned to FCB Mayo Chile, taking on the role of Excecutive Coach & Business, where they facilitated communication between teams and management to improve the agency's work environment and productivity.

In 2015, Sammy became a Certified Executive Coach ICF and began working as a Coach Ejecutivo Certificado ICF at Coach ejecutivo certificado por International Coach Federation. They expanded their coaching skills during their travels to Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, where they provided coaching services to clients such as Gerencia de Agencia Mayo FCB and Directorio Fundación Raíces Vivas Chile.

Most recently, Sammy became the Managing Director at Wanderlust Holdings, LLC in October 2018. In this role, they oversee the management and operations of the company, leveraging their extensive experience in coaching and leadership development.
