Peter Zetterberg has an extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Peter began their career in 1993 as one of the founders and Senior Director of UDS, an original game development studio. During their time at UDS, they helped develop several titles, including Absolute Pinball, Ignition, NoFear Mountain Biking, Asterix Mega Party, Sno-Cross Championship Racing, World Scariest Police Chases, Futurama, and WRC Arcade. Peter also managed two subsidiaries and acquisitions, King of the Jungle and Globalfun. In 2002, they became the Managing Director of Daydream Games, where they secured a 1st party publishing deal for the project "Campfire". In 2004, they moved to JoWooD Productions Software AG as the Game Consult Manager, where they were responsible for the evaluation process of development outsourcing companies and external development studios. In 2007, they joined Microsoft as a Senior Manager, Business Development, where they were part of a team managing Microsoft Studios games business development and developer relations. Peter also took on the role of Senior Producer, where they were responsible for coordinating, driving and empowering external development partner and internal team to successfully create, produce and deliver great software experiences in a timely manner. In 2018, they moved back to Microsoft as a Senior Director and Director, Operations & Integrations. In 2019, they were promoted to Senior Director, Business Management. In addition, they are the Founder and Inventor of Wanderword, a digital audio book with mechanics of non-linear storytelling, which was granted a USPTO patent in 2016.

Peter Zetterberg attended Tingsholmsgymnasiet from 1987 to 1989, where they earned a degree in Social Studies. Prior to that, they attended Bogesundsskolan, Ulricehamn from 1976 to 1982. Additionally, Peter has obtained certifications from PADI, including Dive Master in March 2018 and certifications for Wreck, Advanced, Nitrox, Deep, Rescue, and Drysuit.
