Lindsay Becker (Carey), PHR, SHRM-CP

Lindsay Becker (Carey), PHR, SHRM-CP has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field. Lindsay began their career in 2006 as a Client Service Representative at VISIONBank Fargo, ND. In 2010, they moved to ProNerve, LLC. as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they were responsible for all HR functions for over 200 employees in 35 U.S. states. Lindsay also assisted with M&A activities, developed new benefit and payroll systems and processes, and coached managers on employee relations issues. In 2015, they returned to VISIONBank Fargo, ND as a Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Wanido as the VP Engagement, where they were responsible for motivating employees to engage in culture, health and personal finances. Lindsay then moved to OnCore HCM as the VP of Client Success and later as a Client Success Manager.

Lindsay Becker (Carey) holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from North Dakota State University, obtained in 2009. In 2014, Lindsay obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In 2015, Lindsay obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
