Neil Harper currently serves as the NOC Service Desk Manager at Wanstor, overseeing service delivery from the NOC and Infrastructure teams while managing all aspects of departmental operations. Prior to this role, Neil held the position of NOC 2nd & 3rd Line Team Leader at CAE Technology Services, where responsibilities included managing 25 NOC engineers across multiple countries. Neil’s career began at Spitfire Network Services Ltd, progressing from Support Technician to Senior Support Engineer, where key duties involved overseeing support desk operations and handling complex technical issues. Neil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science from Loughborough University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
