Kate Bellan

Kate Bellan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards management. Currently serving as Human Resources Director at MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure Group since June 2023, Kate previously held multiple roles at Wanzek Construction, Inc., including Total Rewards Manager and Compensation Manager. Kate's career also includes significant positions at Black & Veatch as Compensation Manager for the Americas, and at Applebee's, where responsibilities ranged from HR Generalist to Human Resources & Special Events Coordinator. Kate began the career as an Architect & Design Coordinator at Encompas and also completed an internship at Pepsi Bottling Group. An alumnus of The University of Kansas, Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Human Resources, and Psychology, as well as professional certifications including CCP, PHR, and SHRM-CP.
