Tanya Knutson

Tanya Knutson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at MasTec Clean Energy & Infrastructure since January 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Tanya has held various leadership roles at Wanzek Construction, Inc. since December 2017, progressing from Director of Human Resources to Vice President of People & Culture. Previous positions include Managing Senior HR Service Partner at Essentia Health and Director of Human Resources at both Sanford Health and DMS Health Technologies. Tanya began their career as an HR/Staffing Coordinator at Intrepid USA and has also worked in various capacities in the U.S. Air Force and at BioLife Plasma Services. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's degrees from Park University, one in Management/Human Resources and the other in Social Psychology.
