Carolyn Wang

Carolyn Wang has a wealth of experience in the field of People & Culture. Carolyn began their career in 2010 as an Advancement Associate at Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic, and then as a Lead Writer/Philanthropy and Media Outreach at UNII Cosmetics. In 2012, they took on the role of Case Manager/Client Advocate at Ruby's Place, followed by MSW Intern Counselor at Mt. Diablo Unified School District and Social Work Intern at the San Francisco Unified School District in 2013 and 2014 respectively. In 2016, they joined OpenDoor Coliving as a Marketing and Operations Manager, and then moved to Balluun in 2013 as a Culture and Communications Manager. In 2017, they started at Second Genome Inc. as a HR Business Partner, then as Director of People, Strategy, & Culture, and finally as Senior Director of People, Strategy, & Culture. In 2021, they joined Miroculus as Head of People & Culture and is currently in the same role at Exai Bio since 2023.

Carolyn Wang received their Masters of Social Work from the University of California, Berkeley in 2015, with a field of study in Social Work. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2010, with a field of study in English Language and Literature, General. Carolyn also holds a PPSC certification.
