Kryn Dykema

Kryn Dykema is a Sustainability Analyst at WAP Sustainability since May 2023, previously co-founding Heartwood LLC, which focuses on integrating climate mitigation strategies into commerce. Dykema has held various roles in sustainability, including positions at Bluebird and Big Sky Resort, where a significant initiative, The Big Picture, was developed. Experience includes work at Confluence Philanthropy as Program Manager and Special Projects Coordinator, and serving as a Sustainability Specialist at Big Sky Resort. Early career included contributions to Sundance Solar Systems as an Installation Fellow and a Technology Evaluation Intern at The Ray. Dykema's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainability and Urban Development from Emory University and a Master of Liberal Arts in Sustainability Studies from Harvard University, emphasizing Corporate Sustainability and Innovation.
