Manasa Rao

Manasa Rao is a Sustainability Manager at WAP Sustainability. Prior to their current position, Rao was an Environmental Sustainability Intern at UN Women from July 2017 to September 2017. In this role, they conducted field surveys and compiled data submitted by field offices with respect to greenhouse gas emission studies. Additionally, Rao developed a sustainability roadmap for the company in order to establish goals, deadlines, and mile markers.

Before their time at UN Women, Rao worked as a Sustainability Analyst at Dell from April 2016 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing supply chain emissions through supplier submitted CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) reports. Additionally, they were responsible for responding to customer inquiries on environmental impacts of products through its life cycle, product efficiencies, energy use and emission reduction goals.
