Antti Reijonen

Antti Reijonen serves as the People and Culture Manager at Wapice Ltd, where responsibilities include end-to-end HR partnering, team leadership, and developing leadership culture. Antti previously held the title of HR Business Partner at the same company, overseeing recruitment, employer branding, and general HR counsel. Before joining Wapice, Antti was the Team Manager for Recruitment & HRD Services at Saranen, leading project managers and working directly with client organizations. Antti's career began at Alma Mediapartners Oy as Area Manager and at Elisa in various roles, advancing from Sales Representative to Account Manager. Antti holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
