Dr. Dwight Bonk is an experienced educational administrator currently serving as the Superintendent of the Wappingers Central School District since October 2010, with prior roles including Deputy Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources and Labor Relations, Assistant Superintendent for Administration, and Principal of John Jay High School. Dr. Bonk also holds the position of President at the New York State Association of Management Advocates for School since July 2022 and has been a board director for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce since 2021. Earlier in their career, Dr. Bonk worked at the Arlington Central School District from August 2000 to January 2010 in various capacities, including Acting Principal, House Principal, Assistant Principal, and History Teacher.
