Ashley Winslow

Ashley Winslow has a diverse work experience in human resources and payroll management. Ashley currently works as a Benefits Generalist at Warburg Pincus LLC since December 2021. Before that, they held the role of Payroll and Benefits Manager at Strategic Financial Solutions NY from December 2019 to November 2021. Prior to that, Ashley worked as a Senior Associate in HR Operations at New York Life Insurance Company from June 2018 to December 2019. Ashley also served as a Business Specialist at Fuigo from September 2016 to July 2018. Additionally, Ashley gained extensive experience in HR and payroll management as the Human Resources/Payroll Manager at American Niagara Hospitality from August 2015 to September 2016. Ashley started their career at the same company as a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist and then as a Human Resources Coordinator from September 2014 to August 2015 and June 2014 to September 2014, respectively. Throughout their career, Ashley has demonstrated expertise in managing benefits, employee relations, recruitment, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Ashley Winslow started their education at Syracuse University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management and Human Resources from Niagara University, which they earned from 2013 to 2015.
