Govind Iyer

Govind Iyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in senior advisory and directorial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus LLC and an Independent Director at both Infosys and Karmayogi Bharat, Govind also holds the position of Chairperson at SVP India, which focuses on philanthropy engagement. A Board Member at Give since January 2017, Govind previously worked as a Consultant at Egon Zehnder, specializing in financial services, private capital, and consumer sectors. With a strong marketing background, Govind held key positions at HJ Heinz, The Coca-Cola Company, and Procter & Gamble. Academically, Govind earned an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy.
