Kim Xu

Kim Xu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and governance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus LLC since January 2021, Kim also holds the position of COO and Director of the AI Governance Institute at MEGVII (Face++), starting in November 2018. Previously, Kim has been with IBM since 2001, progressing through various roles, including Chief Digital Officer and General Manager of Digital Sales, as well as Director of Strategy and Sales Transformation for the IBM Greater China Group. Kim's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a bachelor's degree in Finance from Fudan University.
