Roland Xu

Roland Xu is currently a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus LLC, serving as the North Asia CFO. Prior to this role, Roland worked as a Partner in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in financial due diligence, corporate finance, valuation, and restructuring. Before joining PwC, Roland held roles at Shanghai Henkel as a Senior Financial Controller and at PwC as a Senior Associate. Roland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Fudan University.
