Ruoxi Chen

Ruoxi Chen is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2011, and focuses on investments in the Healthcare sector. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Chen worked at the Carlyle Group in the U.S. Buyout Fund, and at Citigroup. Mr. Chen is a member of the Board of Directors of Silk Road Medical and Vertice Pharma and has been involved in the firm’s investments in Accriva Diagnostics, ComplexCare, RegionalCare Hospital Partners, Rib-X Pharmaceuticals, Singular Bio, Sotera Health and Tornier/Wright Medical. He received a B.S. magna cum laude in Economics and Computer Science from Duke University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
