Swetha Srinivasan

Swetha Srinivasan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2018, they held multiple positions at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, including Convenor of The Oratory Club, Placement Coordinator, Correspondent for The Fifth Estate, and Editorial Board Member for the E-Cell. In 2019, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant at NPTEL and as a Research Intern at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR). Swetha then interned at Nomura as a Wholesale Strategy Intern in 2020. In the same year, they also worked as a National Team Member for the Confederation Of Young Leaders (CYL) and held two positions at 180 Degrees Consulting IIT Madras, as a Consultant and later as a Project Lead. In 2021, Swetha founded "Cracking the Consulting Interview" and worked as a Founder for a few months. Swetha also joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst during this period and worked until May 2023. Currently, they are an Investment Associate at Warburg Pincus LLC since June 2023.

Swetha Srinivasan completed their Bachelor of Technology in Engineering Physics (with a minor in Economics) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications, including "Analyzing Financial Reports" and "Accounting & Financial Statement Analysis" from Wall Street Prep in 2023, "India-China Ties: Strategic, Defense and Diplomatic" from Meghnad Desai Academy of Economics (MDAE) in 2020, "Excel: Financial Modeling and Valuation" from Udemy in 2020, "Mathematical Finance" from NPTEL in 2019, and "CFA Investment Foundations Certification" from CFA Institute in 2019.
