Charlotte Critchley

Charlotte Critchley is an experienced professional in human resources and people transformation, currently serving as the Head of People Transformation and Analytics at Warburtons since April 2015. Previous positions at Warburtons include interim Head of Reward and People Services, Reward and HRIS Lead, and Reward Manager. Prior to Warburtons, Charlotte worked at Morrisons as a Reward and Benefits Advisor and was part of the Group Wide Graduate program. Charlotte holds a law degree in European Legal Studies (LLB) from Lancaster University and has furthered education at Universität Trier, completing studies in law and German. Additionally, Charlotte obtained a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Leeds City College and completed A Levels at Cardinal Newman 6th Form College.
